  • At this time, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please be sure you want an item before purchasing. If you would like more information than what is in a listing, please feel free to contact me at mountain.harvest.pottery@gmail.com
  • Order cancellations must be requested before an order dispatches. Often orders ship less than 24 hours after they’re received, so please do reach out as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • If your pottery is damaged in shipping, please inform me within 24 hours of receiving your package. To receive a full refund for broken pottery, please email me with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Photograph of the breakage
