Shipping policy

  • Shipping is conducted through USPS. Please note that I cannot control the time it takes to ship an item, so please plan in advance for gifts for special occasions. 
    • As a small business, when I create the shipping label for your order, I list the full value of your order. I do this to protect myself as a small business, and you as a customer, because in the event of damage in shipping or loss of package, a claim can be opened with the mail service, and its full value reimbursed.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of package theft upon delivery. Mail theft is on the rise with the popularity of e-commerce, so please be vigilant about receiving your packages. If you wish to require a signature for delivery of your package, please email me before your package ships.
    • To file a claim with the USPS, visit usps.org.
  • All packages will be processed within 10 business days of purchase. Processing time does not include shipping time.
