Handcrafted with precision, dedication, and care by master potter, Kasey Vann. Although located in Raleigh, NC, her heart lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains where she finds the inspiration for her work.

Inspired by Dunfermline Cathedral in Scotland (the hidden woodland cathedral famous on tiktok). Hand drawn and cut windows with carved stone accents accompanied by a 9oz pale blue insert.

Material:

Brown Clay- Highwater Speckled Brownstone fired to cone 6 oxidation. Multiple layers of hand-painted glaze are applied for a modeled and glossy finish.

Features and Care:

-Hand wash only as this mug is more delicate due to the cutouts on the outer later.

-Microwave NOT recommended as this mug is more delicate due to the cutouts on the outer later.

-Handle with care to avoid chipping on sharp edges.

-Cathedral mugs are made in two parts, making them slightly heavier than your average mug.

-Please note that rapid temperature changes from extreme heat to extreme cold may result in cracked or broken pottery.

-Each piece is handmade, so no two items are identical. Slight warping and flaws are rare but can be seen in any vessel due to the handcrafted nature of ceramics versus production using machinery.
